The Out of home project.
We were tasked with showing what Clear Channel’s digital screens in Stockholm were truly capable of. That’s when we came up with the idea to simultaneously help the city’s homeless. Together with the City of Stockholm, which opens temporary shelters when the temperature drops below minus seven degrees, we created a digital emergency system. The problem was that few homeless people knew how to find these shelters, but with Clear Channel’s digital billboards, we could guide them to the nearest one. In milder weather, the signs were used to encourage people to volunteer or donate supplies.
