The cold catching billboard.

During COVID, we collaborated with KLM to create an innovative campaign using advanced billboard technology to remind Swedes of the airline's free cancellation policy. The billboard, equipped with a listening device and AI, detected cold symptoms by identifying coughs and sneezes. When a symptom was detected, the ad shifted from promoting a surf destination to messages like "Unwell?" or "Bless you!" followed by "Cancel €0." This campaign reassured travelers they could book flights with confidence. The technology was developed with Havelle and integrated into a Clear Channel adshel in central Stockholm.
